Objectives: Upon completion of this conference the resident/student should have an understanding of the Secondary Angle Closures and should be able to:

1. Describe the general mechanisms involved in secondary ACG – “pushing vs pulling”
2. Describe the workup of atypical ACG
3. Describe the management principles of secondary ACG in the clinic and operating room
