Alan Hirschman and Pratap Khanwilkar will present, "New Innovation & Commercialization Programs in Healthcare: Coulter TPII Program & Center for Medical Innovation”, at UPMC Eye Center Grand Rounds on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 7 am in BST S 120.

The mission of the Center for Medical Innovation (CMI) is to establish an internationally recognized center for developing innovative medical technologies, educating students, and facilitating commercialization. CMI will do so by advancing cooperative efforts among the Swanson School of Engineering (SSoE), the Schools of Health Sciences, the Katz School of Business, the School of Law, the Office of Technology Management and UPMC toward the development and commercialization of innovative medical technologies.
