Dr. Khatana is the Medical Director, Cincinnati Eye Institute, Cincinnati, OH. He joined Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI) as a cataract and glaucoma specialist in 2000 and was Director of the Glaucoma Service and fellowship from 2012 – 2020. He became Medical Director of the Cincinnati Eye Institute in 2019. He is a volunteer Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, and was voted teacher of the year by his residents here in 2011. He has been selected by his peers to Best Doctors in America since 2001. Dr. Khatana uses the latest cataract surgical technology, including the use of toric and multifocal intraocular lenses and specializes in the management of various complicated and advanced forms of glaucoma, as well as all of the newer minimally invasive glaucoma surgeries. As an investigator in various clinical trials, Dr. Khatana is able to provide his patients access to new drugs and technologies at an earlier stage.
