Jonathan C. Horton, MD, PhD will be the guest speaker at the upcoming Scholars in Vision Science Seminar on Wednesday, May 21, 2014.  Dr. Horton will present "Binocular Function in Strabismus."  Dr. Horton is a William F. Hoyt Professor of Ophthalmology for the Departments of Ophthalmology, Neurology, and Physiology at the University of California, San Francisco.
