Dr. Matthew Smith, PhD will be the guest speaker at the upcoming Fox Center for Vision Restoration lecture on Wednesday December 7, 2011. He will present "Cortical Circuits that Support Visual Perception. "  Dr Smith is Assistant Professor, Departments of Ophthalmology and Bioengineering, University of Pittsburgh.
