Goals/Objectives: At the conclusion of this conference the resident/student will have a basic understanding of the components and anatomy of the immune system in relation to protective and immunopathological immune responses in the eye. 

Reading Assignment: Chapter 34 of Duane's Ophthalmology entitled "Immunology of Uveitis."
