- Aqueous tear deficiency syndromes
- Evaporative tear dysfunction syndromes
- Noninflammatory vascular anomalies of the conjunctiva
- Nutritional and physiologic disorders
- Structural and exogenous Disorders
- Limbal stem cell deficiency
